Introducing a vibrant and unique contemporary lighting design; the ice spike chandelier, designed to fit any interior space; each spike is handmade, gathered out from the furnace at 1070 degrees. The first gather is coated in a special Mica flake; this is then gathered over, trapping the mica within the final form.
Colours available:
- White, Green, Blue, Red and Amber.
- Cable colours available are black or white and this can be specified up to around 10 metres in length if required.
All fittings include the integral super-bright 1 watt LED and power supply. The spikes can be ordered individually and fitted as a bespoke arrangement into your home, office, restaurant or club. We usually recommend that you order professionally sprayed MDF ceiling fittings which can be sprayed to any colour or finish.
We will be happy to quote for these at the time of your order. A second alternative is a stainless steel ceiling plate.
Chandeliers can either be ordered in single colours or mixed colours;
Typical order might be;
- 12 spike chandelier
- 6 x blue LED
- 6 x white LED
- Cable colour black
- Ceiling plate; 500mm x 500 mm in white sprayed finish.
- Maximum drop of longest spike at 3000mm (3 metres).
A development is to provide a full colour-change LED in each spike; Each spike is fitted with a 3 Watt RGB LED which in turn is linked to a controller which allows you to control the colour change.
The simplest programme offered automatically scrolls through a full colour cycle on all spikes and has the facility to be frozen at any point so that all spikes are the same colour be it purple or blue.
A more complex alternative is to order a zoned chandelier which offers you the chance to fully programme each zone so that you can tailor the colour change to suite your own moods. Within this facility are 9 separate programmes which all have a sound activated option so that the chandelier can react to music or even voices.
